I originally would give them a 5 star. But both moving companies we used had trouble with one of the site managers. One of them he didn’t like where they parked despite having permission. The second company get chewed out for parking where they wanted the first company to park. The woman that manages is fantastic and so sweet. But it’s hard to give five stars when both moving company’s felt like they got yelled at. Totally understand not wanting to property damaged. But there was no damage and it all got taken care of.
Rocco and Krista are amazing, helps get a better understanding of pricing and unit sizes just great people to work with. And phoebe are such a wonderful office manager!!
Staff is very friendly and give it a family like atmosphere. Very helpful and knowledgeable of storage management. Feel safe knowing they’re in charge of facilities
Very nice facility and was able to accommodate our family needs immediately. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Amazing customer service while working with Krista, very helpful. Shes a keeper and so glad to have had the opportunity to work with her. Definitely recommend storage place and ask for Krista
