Ms. Sarah the owner was AMAZING and friendly. The location is clean and they have a great visual inside the office of the storage units. They have good security for the units and prices are very reasonable. I went back on 8/1 to get pricing on a parking sport and the customer service dropped to a 2star. I was shown a piece of paper with terms that I had never seen before and clearly wasnt filled out by me and the line for Tenet Signature was blank. This is our second time to find ourselves in need of storage. We came back to RiteSpace . Krista and staff were very helpful and accommodating in securing the right unit at the best promotional price they had available.
Great experience. Krista was extremely helpful and pleasant. The property is very nice and well maintained. We had previously secured a large climate controlled unit, which was spacious and subsequently tacked on another unit today. Krista made that process seamless. I recommend this place 100%.
Great location, great hours, very clean and well managed property. The office staff and management were very knowledgeable and helpful while helping me meet my storage unit needs. Great facilty!
