Great experience. Krista was extremely helpful and pleasant. The property is very nice and well maintained. We had previously secured a large climate controlled unit, which was spacious and subsequently tacked on another unit today. Krista made that process seamless. I recommend this place 100%.

I originally would give them a 5 star. But both moving companies we used had trouble with one of the site managers. One of them he didn’t like where they parked despite having permission. The second company get chewed out for parking where they wanted the first company to park. The woman that manages is fantastic and so sweet. But it’s hard to give five stars when both moving company’s felt like they got yelled at. Totally understand not wanting to property damaged. But there was no damage and it all got taken care of.

Rocco and Krista are amazing, helps get a better understanding of pricing and unit sizes just great people to work with. And phoebe are such a wonderful office manager!!
