UPDATE to your response, I did contact you twice to correct it with your staff, then you came out and wrote the check (clearly your mistake) but wouldn't even look me in the eye or ask any questions which would have been the polite way to handle it... honestly if you had just handed me the check and said my apologies i never would have left this review and thats forgetting the double billing on my last visit for dental work I updated my original review to reflect my most recent experience. I updated my original review to reflect my most recent experience. When I changed changed my insurance plan I called months before my appointment to ask whether I would still be in network. No one ever got back to me, and I did not learn that they no longer accepted my insurance until I arrived for my next visit. At that point, I was told I could pay out of pocket and that the office would submit the paperwork for me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing this.
