The contractor was initially good at explaining the review and design processes - the addition of a bedroom and bathroom to a residential home. The project timetable slid quite a bit - deliverables were several weeks late. In the end, the inital cost estimate of $65,000 was updated by a detailed cost proposal of over $202,000. The initial project realized more than $5,000 in out-of-pocket expenses from the owner. The contractor was irresponsible in making this initial estimate to the owner.

We had a great experience working with the RiteSite team. They communicated with us during the demolition and construction of our deck and patio so that we knew what was happening and when things were going to be done. The team came when they said they would and worked tirelessly until completion. The craftsmanship was spot on. We now have a sturdy, nice looking patio and deck we can enjoy for many years.

After a personal visit by Ron Haas of RiteSite LLC, my wife and I selected his company to repair a leaking wall due to occasional blowing rain and gutter overflow over many years. These are the guys you want! Daniel and Ron were extraordinarily professional, kind, and hard working. They renovated my basement and I couldn't be happier. They gave me a detailed proposal, breakdown of all costs, and worked within my budget. Their extensive knowledge and eye for design was impressive.
