Maybe if you haven’t received the order than you should at least let the person know by contacting them and letting them know. Not wait till they come in the pharmacy.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this pharmacy during an emergency because I forgot my health card, hoping they could simply check if it was on file. Instead of even trying to help, the staff snapped back with “that’s not our duty” in the rudest tone possible. You’re a pharmacy — basic respect, empathy, and professionalism should be the bare minimum. I recently had an appointment at the clinic with the doctor, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. Despite having scheduled the appointment a week in advance, we were made to wait an hour and a half past the scheduled time and we weren’t complaining about this one at all.
