The doctors office, Genuinely does not pick up the phone, I’ve called 4 every hour and never got a call back either. Reception staff only deal with you if u show up in person. If you want this place to be your family doctor goodluck.
Maybe if you haven’t received the order than you should at least let the person know by contacting them and letting them know. Not wait till they come in the pharmacy.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this pharmacy during an emergency because I forgot my health card, hoping they could simply check if it was on file. Instead of even trying to help, the staff snapped back with “that’s not our duty” in the rudest tone possible. You’re a pharmacy — basic respect, empathy, and professionalism should be the bare minimum.
