Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this pharmacy during an emergency because I forgot my health card, hoping they could simply check if it was on file. Instead of even trying to help, the staff snapped back with “that’s not our duty” in the rudest tone possible. You’re a pharmacy — basic respect, empathy, and professionalism should be the bare minimum. I recently had an appointment at the clinic with the doctor, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. Despite having scheduled the appointment a week in advance, we were made to wait an hour and a half past the scheduled time and we weren’t complaining about this one at all. When the doctor finally saw us, he greeted us, but then made a mocking comment that made us feel uncomfortable, suggesting that only one of us should speak and implying that we weren’t in a singing competition.
