I asked my wife to pick up my meds last week. The meds "weren't there" and my wife was upset I sent her there without confirming they were ready (this was early in the afternoon). The next day I called and they said they would be ready in 30 minutes. I wasn't able to get there on Thursday. When I get there on Friday at 4:58pm, all locked up as if they were closed for the day. I just hung up on a—Completely RUDE, Pharmacy manager assumed PCN & BIN given was GoodRX, when it wasn’t, then said she wouldn’t honor $10.42 price, said to me, “Either pay $35.00, or go to another pharmacy, that medication is a controlled substance in other states…” I’m not in “other states” it’s not controlled in my state, and I would never purchase anything from anyone so rude & void of any professionalism or common sense or courtesy.
