Almost every apt we make we get a call asking us to switch it and the front desk staff who calls is absolutely miserable every time! If you’re in a customer service role, you should be talking to people with respect and friendliness not attitude and being short on the phone. The hours here are bad enough without being inconvenienced asking us to switch.
No remains anymore even staff said was going to check what was happening. I’ve been calling and emailing them for two weeks to ask them when my daughter’s next appointment is. I have not heard from them yet! For all the amount of money I’m paying I should get way better services.
I went to Ritebite Cambridge in high school to get my braces on - back then I thought they were amazing. Today I went back, 15 years after getting my permanent retainer in, to fix some broken bonds. The whole team was so nice from the moment I walked in! I had to get my retainer completely replaced and the process was so fast and seamless. edit 02/19/2025 - they said they would reach out to me and they have not. I have emailed the address they provided 3 times and have not gotten a reply. -- Clearly the new ownership is awful. First, I was never called back for my final appointment. Second, I was told that they had a lifetime retainer program, I asked if I had to sign up right away or if I could sign up the first time I needed a new retainer.
