I had an amazing experience at Tri City Orthodontist today. I saw Jenna, the hygienist, and she was extremely helpful, professional, and truly went above and beyond with her care and service. I had a fantastic experience at Ritebite Cambridge. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Almost every apt we make we get a call asking us to switch it and the front desk staff who calls is absolutely miserable every time! If you’re in a customer service role, you should be talking to people with respect and friendliness not attitude and being short on the phone. The hours here are bad enough without being inconvenienced asking us to switch. *UPDATE After yet another unpleasant transaction with Amber we have decided to move our business away from Hespeler and to their other location.

No remains anymore even staff said was going to check what was happening. I’ve been calling and emailing them for two weeks to ask them when my daughter’s next appointment is. I have not heard from them yet! For all the amount of money I’m paying I should get way better services.
