I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. I was originally told that my work truck would be ready in two hours, but they kept it for over two days with no updates. I tried calling multiple times, and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. When the truck was finally ready, they hit me with an outrageous overcharge, charging nearly double what the job should have cost. We’ve used Rite Wrench for several years now for our trucks and earthmoving equiptment for their inspections, maintenance, repairs & preventive care.
