From our sales rep, Kyle, to Junior and Matthew our installation experts they were all excellent. Really neat and respectful of our home. Install was done with precision and the reveal was astounding. Arrived promptly at 7:30 and finished at 4:30. Kohler brand speaks for itself. The people who represent Rite Window are exceptional. Highly recommend.
We shopped around and Rite Window was the highest quality materials at half the price and the installation team were experienced and did an outstanding job completing the work in one day. I have never been so impressed so impressed with a home improvement company as I am with Rite Window. My review comes from the heart. These folks are the best!
SO disappointed in the lack of customer service from this company; they missed the first install appointment; then they cut pipe and shut off the pipe from the upstairs bath resulting in several plumber invoices, which they have not reimbursed me for, and they are non-responsive. RUN away from this company
A great team all around and a great product as well. Walk in tub looks amazing .
