We were truly impressed by rite window and all of their associates involved in the process! From the open communication at the initial consultation through the install they exceeded our expectations! I am still in awe that they were able to demo and install our new shower in hours to full completion! Total transformation! Josh and Jen!

Fair pricing and quality construction were a great relief. Painting the frame would have been easy but unfortunately I've got to try to match heavily grained wood

The installers were excellent. They showed up on time and finished early. They worked very neatly and were very polite. They took their time to make sure grab bars were installed at the proper height for my mother. They also took time to explain how to use the shower system. However, there was a miscommunication with the sales rep. While he was very polite and not pushy, I was very clear in my expectation that I wanted a surface that wasn't slippery. My job was a bit more complicated because a window had to be replaced, so it took two long days. Everything looked great and worked fine. The guys who came were polite, and easy to work with.
