The folks at Rite Way went out of their way to help me out. Driving home from a vacation, with 5 more hours to go, when the car starting make a horrible noise. Luckily for me, I was able to find myself at Rite Way, where Tina at reception, and Erin, the mechanic, totally took care of me, preventing a panic attack! It wasn't that they just cared about fixing my car, they truly cared about me and my safety. The most genuine, honest, trustworthy people. I can't say enough good things about them.
Riteway handled our emergency situation in an expeditious manner. Extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and understanding. Erin was a gem. She answered every question we had and made us feel comfortable with the decisions made. I would definitely recommend this business.
