I had my pool constructed by Rite way in 2018, I had a leak issue last year and this. However, i have to give Rite way a massive thumbs up, as they have always been extremely responsive and have administered a fix. When you employ a company to do an expensive project, it is refreshing to know that the after service and responsiveness is always there. From beginning to end, Rite-Way Pools did an excellent job! The initial concept included visualizations of what our pool would look like in our yard. Definitely a bonus! Now that it’s complete we can see the concept come to reality - and it exceeds our expectations! Ron and Justin are thorough and know their stuff. Happy we went with them!
Excellent service and installation . They delivered in the estimated time frame and kept us up to date with permits etc. Very happy with the final product would highly recommend .
