Ron and Justin built a beautiful, custom, pool that is a daily joy for my dog and I. Ron patiently designed (and re-designed) different possibilities and took care of any of the inevitable glitches that occurred along the way without fuss or hassle. Ron and Justin were available, attentive, and reliable. Costs to build a pool and hot tub are expensive these days in S. Florida, but they stuck true to their quote without cost overruns. Jon and Justin at Rite-Way Pools did an excellent job. They did what was promised and kept their time line. We got lucky with only a couple days of rain days which can ruin any outside construction projects. They showed up when they said they would with no complaints on the finish project. We removed an existing spa, added a 8x13 sun shelf, a seat along one whole side of the pool, new skimmer, lights, pump and filter We resurfaced the pool with new waterline tiles and step tiles. Great job.

I had my pool constructed by Rite way in 2018, I had a leak issue last year and this. However, i have to give Rite way a massive thumbs up, as they have always been extremely responsive and have administered a fix. When you employ a company to do an expensive project, it is refreshing to know that the after service and responsiveness is always there. Every time i have called Justin he has been willing to work with me and resolve issues, he definitely knows how important it is to have happy customers. I have given them 2 refe... read more
