Spent over a hour to get here, just to find out the store is no longer here, phone rings to vm and you never get a call back
Owner of this company made a house call to fix my well broken chair, that had been busted for months and that my insurance was dragging their feet on fixing..my wheel feels brand new, service call was cheap and friendly and would recommend to anyone who needs mobility aids serviced to go here in the greater Pittsburgh area
Called them to see about installing an existing stairlift from our parents home to my sisters home a short distance away. They said no problem and made and appointment, within a week it was installed and all went smooth as could be! The chair on the lift was missing an adjustable foot leveler, and within a few days it was ordered and we replaced it. Absolutely a great experience all the way around and would recommend this family run business in a heartbeat!
I've bought a few items from Rite Way Mobility over the past couple years, and I always come away with what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. I drive 45 minutes to get here because I don't trust going anywhere else.
