John Maloni was not professional when I was shopping in a store, he was being incredibly rude to the employees. He used two parking spots in a vertical way right in front of the store, which was very selfish. 0/10 would not recommend. Word of mouth travels fast.
Very good, he showed expertise in his work, and installed a new heat pump very quickly. I would use them again. Thanks to them for doing a very good job, Keith and Dolly Plunkett
John was punctual, fast, and incredibly helpful in providing advice for ongoing maintenance. Truly the best experience I could have had after hours of self-diagnosis and troubleshooting.
John was fantastic. We called last Sat, February 5th and we got a call back from Rite-way that same day and we had John out here on Sunday. Sad news was our 27 year old heat pump needed to be replaced. We had Rite-way give us a quote and timeline and we had another company here in RR do the same. Due to pricing and the promptness of getting our heating back up and running we went with Rite-Way and made the best decision.
