I called Rite Way because my heater was blowing cold, they were 4 1/2 weeks out so refured me to Billy Buckhannon, called him and he came out the same day. Not only did he tell me I have a heat pump system but told me he had bad news, bad news was because my system is old he could not get parts and that nobody had them available. I don't know how their service is. I emailed them and left 2 voicemails over the course of a week and a half, and I haven't had any response. I have a different company coming tomorrow.
I called to make an appointment for my company and i gave the address. A appointment was made for friday and i called the company today to get a closer time frame for the tech to show up. I was informed that the.rite way does not service downtown portland. It would have been great to know that so I could have called someone else.
