I went in looking for some odds and ends to remedy an existing fence problem - the folks here are GREAT! The help at the front desk was fantastic, and the guys in the back shop are awesome. I was really grateful how they gave my tiny problem the time and attention to come up a solution, and had me on my way with the fix in short time. When the time comes to look at a bigger fencing project I will certainly return, given the positive experience I had today. Thanks again Rite-Way!
Fantastic experience here, they had exactly what I needed to get my gate fixed and the price was very reasonable.
Whomever drives the Nissan truck all badged up for you could use some driving etiquette lessons.
The Branch Manager refused to help us replace a gate on our existing vinyl fence installed by another company. I understand it would be more complicated but we're willing to pay for their time.. Not helpful at all.
Good customer service, willing to work with you to get things done.
