The Branch Manager refused to help us replace a gate on our existing vinyl fence installed by another company. I understand it would be more complicated but we're willing to pay for their time.. Not helpful at all.

Company truck can’t even figure out the fast lane. Let alone the right way to do a fence
Ordered a commercial fence, paid in full. They delivered residential fencing and we were short 50 feet along with other missing pieces..The Manager, Chris assured us everything would be delivered all at once. We were then told they only make one type of fencing, which they should have told us before we paid. Manager was going to charge us 4 hours to deliver, which only took 2.
