Didn't call before visit. Modified system with tenant with no consent from me. I've held twice now for longer than 15 minutes. Fly by night business. Ill update should I ever get through.
Terrible customer service. I called the owner and he told me to basically screw off he was too tired to answer my call.
Our furnace went out yesterday and they were out the next morning. The tech was even early so he called and made sure that was ok. The tech had everything fixed up and running in just 30 min. The price was absolutely affordable and he was very friendly. I’ll be using them again in the future!
My A/C went out on June 5th. Fortunately, it was before the dog days of summer. Survived w/ fans until Brett came to my rescue yesterday. Replaced the run capacitor and all is good. Great service and a great price!! Thanks Brett and Rite Temp!!
