Bad Installation blamed on rats and left. Had new AC unit installed in 2017 using AHS by Rite Temp AC. The following year a capacitor blew and used AHS to have it replaced. The following year another capacitor "went bad" and was replaced again by AHS. Came out and knocked out it, worked for another year. These were band aids to a larger issue. We called the home warranty and explained this to them and they tried to call you off and on for over a month to reschedule the repairs. They were the ones that told you to make yourself available to us, not Rite Temp. Your initial complaint for calling someone out there for the first time was the outside unit and the inside unit were not coming on at all. "In reply to your review of Rite Temp, we are sorry you feel you had horrible service from our company. However, the part needed replaced was not your reversing valve, it was your TXV (thermostatic expansion valve) which was written on your invoice and is totally different from a reversing valve. The TXV is located on the inside unit. When there is a bad TXV it will cause the pressures to be completely off. When you called Tuesday, at 4:30pm, to cancel/reschedule, you were persistent that no one would be taking a day off nor would you make yourself available to any times that were offered to you. A TXV is located in the attic of your home; it is very hot in your attic, therefore we do those repairs starting in the morning hours. On average, a TXV replacement takes 3 hours, and in a hot attic that is very hard on the technicians in regards to their well being, thus it it difficult to breath in an attic that is very hot and dry. ... read more

This company very unprofessional. I went through my home warranty company and was assigned to them. The techs came out stating they could not find a problem and that I possibly only needed coolant, they charged me for the coolant and actually overloaded my system causing it not to work. Someone else came out from the same company they stated that it was my reverser valve and that they needed to order the part. Well when trying to schedule an appointment they stated they only work between 10am-2pm and that I had to make mysel... read more
