This is my second time using cube smart.i never had a issue with anything over the year's.all my belongings were and are secured and protected.i like how staff members are always available if needed.Isabel was so helpful and always there for me when I have a questions or concerns about my unit.very professional and I highly recommend using this place if you're looking for extra storage.
Keith and everyone that works at the middletown NY cubesmart are very nice. Keith really helped with what I needed. I am very happy and satisfied. I will surely recommend.
As a Company their policy is very abusive… as Far as their front desk personnel, Keith and Izzy they are very pleasant, professional and most helpful Kudos 5 stars to both of them .
