I have been using this storage for over 5 years, it is clean and safe! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly
Keith and Izzy were very helpful, gave clear instructions, and were very supportive.
The positive: Storage facilities are alright. The negatives: They don’t tell you they will make you pay for insurance monthly and for a one time uncharged fee for a lock they provide when you sign up. Also I moved out and gave them heads up and was still charged. Be wary of autopay with this company when you are moving out because they also don’t tell you they will still charge your card unless you remove the autopay payment method yourself on the app, it’s almost as if you follow their policies on how to move out and still ... read more
