Fitness is good. It's all here: classes, machines, cardio equipment, free weights, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, personal trainers, child care, you name it.
Great cardio and weightlifting equipment.
I was a k5 camp counselor here. The woods and trails are awesome!

Body Combat with Steve is awesome! Plan to get your butt kick! Steve doesn't play when it comes to an awesome workout!
This lady will watch you on the treadmill and make you feel uncomfortable so that she can get on the treadmill... She is a employee of the YMCA
