Awful mail pharmacy. Their website is the worst, and when I've tried to refill online, it doesn't ever get filled. Every time I try to call in a refill, they direct me to a totally different location, and it ends up taking at least 2 days longer to refill meds plus the shipping days to get your medicine. Absolutely the worst.

It always takes more than 3mins for them to answer a phone call and all you get is 'can you hold for a second' and will put you through that recording and forget all about you!! It's always a waste of time!!!
Seems to be the SOP at this pharmacy. My Dr sent a prescription and it took almost a full week to ship even though it was in stock. I asked to talk to a manager, but don't think I actually got one. The person I talked to didn't seem in the least concerned that their pharmacy was not being very customer service oriented. I am a manager in a customer service driven industry, if that was how my business was being managed, I would find new managers.
Got half of my prescription order for the full price! When I called about it they said they would correct it on the next refill. Got half my prescription again. Nothing they can do and I have to pay twice the price for my prescription due to their negligence! Really? All I got was sorry we will work on our training, but you are stuck paying the extra money. Horrible customer service!!
I have to call Twice and repeat my insurance information all over again. The guy on the phone was not friendly at all.
Very unresponsive; difficult to do business with.... I've reached out for a copy of a receipt on a rx filled 8/11/15, and still have not heard back. It is now October 30.
