Mario, my tech, was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He gave me the best case scenario and the worst case scenario when he inspected my sprinklers and diagnosed the problem. Luckily for me, it was the best case scenario which ended up costing me less, although I was prepared to pay more had he said it was the worst case scenario.
Rite Away was super helpful. Got me back up and running in a few hours. Walked me through the entire process and educated me. Highly recommend them!
