They did not have my medication, as usual. They ordered it from another pharmacy and tell me it will be a couple of days, which it was. When I went to pick up the medication, even though my DOCTOR sent it here they filled my prescription at another location. We had to go pick it up at another pharmacy. Why would Rite Aid fill my prescription at a pharmacy I've never been to not tell me, nor not have it shipped to their location? It's rude it's inconvenient, it's a bad business practice, and it's wrong. W. T. F.

Good service and good local...Buen servicio, me colocaron la primera dosis de la vacuna contra el COVID-19, todo bien, la señora que me colocó la vacuna tiene buena práctica porque no sentí la aguja. Fue amable y me ofreció toda la información que requería, me entregaron información impresa, bien ordenado el proceso, fue rápido, me enviaron tres mensajes, uno de programación de la cita, otro de recordatorio y cómo prepararme para la vacunación y otro de confirmación

I haven't lived in the Area very long chose this pharmacy for my meds. Only been in the store 4x, 3 of which have not been pleasant to put in lightly. I can't help but believe its' my complexion since I've been nothing but polite on every visit including today when they refused me my prescription over a $1 co pay. I never had a co pay prior (same medication). Explained I'd i left home w/ only the ins. Card and was traveling quite a distance and wouldn't be able to get back today and needed my meds.
