Though the pharmacy has been good, this RiteAid location will become CVS in late Sept 2025. Currently the store is extremely low on inventory except for the pharmacy.
Happy to get the letter in the mail that you got sold to CVS.
The pharmacy sends me a text saying that my prescription will be ready on January 2nd, so I go in January 3rd to give him a little extra time. It wasn't ready. I was told I was supposed to let them know I was coming. They sent me the text which is why I went.
How not to run a business. They never get my prescription refilled on time, and this time the fact they are so late, is causing me health issues. I tried calling my doctor to ask what the problem is, they said call the pharmacist, the pharmacist NEVER answers the phone so I tried the automated "refill my prescription" feature, it doesn't work, I went in to figure it out in person.....After waiting in a half hour long line, I was told by a rude employee that "that feature never works" and that "I should know that by now."
