Wonderful store, very clean and you can't beat the location in North Syracuse. I'm always looking at the ad's, they have great deals every week. And some of you may not know excellent prices on the beer of the week, yes they do sell beer. Great store all around.
Abhorrent Customer Service This has been my last issue with Rite Aid as I won't be shopping with them anymore. This store is kingpin of attitudes in the drive-through, which took them 10 minutes today and then they "lost" the order as they sent it through the drive-through receptacle. I called again and they ignored me, when they finally picked up it was a different "pharmacist" who couldn't spell the name right at all for the script.
