Blatant misgendering by the workers, rude unhelpful staff
Terrible. Always a 30 minute wait just for a pickup. Employees standing around. Only one register working.
I'm torn on the amount of stars to give because the greatest fault is with store management and corporate, not so much the pharmacy. It's regularly understaffed and there's no phone tree or call waiting set up, so it's understandably incredibly difficult to get a hold of someone. Instead of having a queue, your call just gets dropped/hung up on if you're not timed right with when nobody else is calling in. Like a lot of pharmacies these days. They NEVER answer the phone, and prescriptions are never ready. The prescription can be called in 1 hour ago, 5 hours, 24 hours, or quite literally 5 days ago, and it won’t be ready. They don’t begin to process it until you show up, so it will always be 45-60 minute wait. The other day something was not in stock. I was given the number to their Hillsboro location and told to select option 3. Called, rang about 20 times, literally. Then I was disconnected. Happened twice in a row.
Same Dr for 12 years same pharmacy for 3 years. All the sudden I can't get a refill because no one will fax the right Dr! WTH
