It’s always been an issue when you call to check status and they keep putting you on hold and just forget about you. They finally ask me for information so they can check the prescription status just to put me back on hold and forget about me again. All for a simple question to see if it’s ready or not. They don’t even give you an option to answer just straight to hold when they pick up.Â
The cashier is always polite and greets me. I love the selection and variety.Â
Management for the pharmacy should be fired. Take so long to get your prescription and very unprofessional with customersÂ
