Terrible customer service they seem.like they hate there jobs, no one will ever answer the phone, why do u have to drive from.far away to speak to someone, most are cranky
They are terrible at answering the phone and was on hold for 15+ minutes with no answer this store is understaffed and sometimes even rude
Kind and competent staff
I understand the store is lacking but please cut them some slack, RiteAid as a corperation recently left bankruptcy and that means they have to actually start stocking stores again. My experiences have been plesant enough despite these circumatstances
