There’s some serious issues here. They often can’t get your medicine anymore or are delayed in receiving medications. I had to quit one because I couldn’t lapse on it anymore. They claim it’s not them it’s national but I don’t have issues at other pharmacies with the same meds. I’ve had to come to this one because of distance but thinking I may have to switch again. Do not send your prescription here. They never pick up the phone, lines are always horrendous, and your prescription will always be late. I’m currently a week late with my prescription and it’s affecting my health. The staff also doesn’t care when you try and get to the bottom of the status of your prescription, why it’s late, when it will be filled, etc. I cannot believe this pharmacy is allowed to operate like this. There are no more than 3 people working in this store at any given time and you’re lucky if one of the people there are in the pharmacy. The owner(s?) runs this place like they don’t need the money. Boxes are always blocking the aisles and there’s been many empty shelves for the last four years. The pharmacy is run about as well as the rest of the store.
Vaccine appointments are available for booking, but even after calling 48 hours in advance to confirm they are administering the vaccine. They did not have it available when I came in.
