Rude customer service. Then i look at my receipt to find a kid cents charge that i have never heard of. Nor did the checker tell me. I googled it to find out what it is and i found this stealing from the customer is a common occurance at Rite Aid. NO ONE ASKED ME TO DONATE ANYTHING ! But they sure took it. With out my permission. RITE AID IS NOTHING BUT A DIRTY THEIF. DONT SHOP AT RITE AID in KLAMATH FALLS !!!!!

Rite aid sucks! Ive been calling for 4 days and no answer finally called the store and they put me on hold for 10 minutes! Does anyone even work in this damn store Im transferring over to walmart!

I live in Portage, Indiana and news of your careless service has reached even us. My friend, Cathy Souther, was trying to get some important medicine in K. Falls and was told to come back at another time when it wasn't ready as it should have been. It wasn't ready at the second time either. People who need medicine and who have health issues see the pharmacy as a place to help them, not to cause more stress.
