So I recently got a new insurance and am having to pay alittle more out of pocket. So I transferred to a different pharmacy! Worst mistake ever!!! Absolute terrible. Robbie and his techs are worth every penny. Costumer service is so dang important. He goes above and beyond!! My husband has a medication that is hard to come by and he always makes sure they have it and does whatever they can to help us. Thanks Brandenburg Rite aid. I won’t make the mistake of switching to save a dollar ever again.

Not only can they not get prescriptions done, their pharmacist thinks it’s ok to yell at you when you question them on their inability to do their job.
Any time I have questions about my meds they always take the time to help me. The staff is so nice...sometimes I have to wait but not very long.. I enjoy walking around the store to pass the time.I find things I didn’t know they carried I like that...people up front are nice too. I have Lived in Mead County Over 20 years, been going to Rite Aid for a long time. Also super excited to have the same crew that will still be there once they turn fully into Walgreens!
Took our pictures there,,picked them up,,,,not OURS!!!!!!! Were vacation pictures,,Tookthem back,,had us look through photos,,none was ours,,
Worst pharmacy ever !!!! The only reason we use them is because they are the only ones our Drs offices send RXs to electronically. You never get your medications at the time promised. They are ALWAYS running behind. And if there is a long line and you look like you're in a hurry you can damn well bet someone will take a break just to make sure you have to wait even longer. If there was a Walgreens closer I would switch without question.
You have to wait forever and I had to get my medication early because I was going out of town and the staff and pharmacist treated me like a drug addict I got my medication 2days earlier than supposed to wow not that soon but I will sure switch to a different pharmacy for me and my 4 kids don't need to deal with judgemental people like this...
