I’ve experienced the worst customer service with thr pharmacy department at the South Gate location. I requested a refill on a medication that I pay cash for because my insurance doesn’t cover it. If the pharmacy tech had the common sense to look at my refill history, they would see I always pay for this specific medication. According to the automated refill machine, I was supposed to pick it up the next day after 9am.
