Worse place ever. The store manager is trash she needs to be fired. I wish they could watch the cameras to see how uneducated & unprofessional she was yesterday. 1 of medicines wasnt covered by my insurance which they knew for 4 days. They wait til i come get my other prescriptions to tell me so i went off. The pharmacists asked for my phone number but yet its on my paperwork & i been in riteaid system for years. They suck im going back to cvs cause their customer service is zero & the people they hire and definitely not sma... read more

Horrible! Something that should have taken less than 5 minuets, took 45 minuets! That pharmacy is the worst! Rude & Incompetent !
love this pharmacy but i've been calling lately and no one will pick up it just keeps ringing
Thanks so much to Traci Morgan for help with several issues with switching my scripts over from a different pharmacy. She was very helpful and took time to resolve my issues. I am so happy that I could switch over to RIte Aid from the other pharmacy because the service is so much better here!
Thank you to the awesome ladies today at this location! I don't usually use this one but I was greeted with kindness, respect, and amazing timeliness! So much i came back to my phone to let you know. Oh to the sweet girl at the drop off counter who gave me some much needed information. The pharmacist was very helpful along with the great service i received during my quick check out. Thank you!
The WORST Rite Aid in the World gave me somebody else Medicine for my baby Thank God I Looked at it to double check what the doctor said to give him or I would have given him the wrong medicine I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there
Just got out of there and the cashier had no customer service skills at all. When I approached the counter I was greeted with no words, but a glare making me extremely uncomfortable. My boyfriend then went to put in the phone number for his Rewards card and was ignored multiple times when he asked if it had went through. After sliding my credit card for payment, the cashier continued her silence and would not even tell me I needed to slide my card again because I slid it too fast.
