The wait times are ridiculous. Got there at 115...was told my script wasn’t ready but she’d do it n it would only take a few minutes. At 205 she looks at me n asks what I was waiting for. Really? Says to get back in line n it’ll be ready when it’s my turn. Thank goodness it was cause I was getting annoyed. And this is always the case when I go there. And I’m sorry, I don’t like putting anyone down or making anyone feel bad, but the pharmacy staff are all rude.

They were supposed to have the antibiotics for my 20 month old twins ready at 245pm today. I get here at 4pm and I’m told to wait another 50 mins. And then I get to the drive up to pickup my order and they tell me “we’re just getting it ready now”. I asked why wasn’t this all ready and told me they needed the insurance card. WELL then WHY didn’t you ask for that at 1245 today when we came by there the first time!! My kids need their antibiotics. As a parent I don’t have time to sit in the parking lot for almost an hour.
wait time sucked. drive through line. i pulled up at 12:00 and did not get my prescription until 12:52. when i pulled up there was a car at the window, then a car in front of me. two cars ahead of me and it took over 40 minutes, then another 12-15 for me to wait. also i was given a prescription for flonase that i should've gotten over a month ago when i picked up amoxicillin for a sinus infection!!!! if you mention anything to them about the wait time they huff and puff and give attitude. definitely switching pharmacies for ... read more
