I am changing my choice of pharmacy back to Kroger at end of year. The main thing is the pharmacy phone # is either out of order or rings busy every time I try to renew by phone. In addition, the last time I ordered a prescription, I had to follow up for a couple of days until I was finally told they had not heard back from physician. It would have been good to know that so I could have contacted the physician and get it taken care of sooner.
Bad experience employees not co-operative, not helpful, one medicine they gave me and second medicine they told me like 4 hours. Already they send me RX is ready and pick after Than waiting for RX.
I like the pharmacy, but the front end employees at the check out are sometimes unfriendly and unwelcoming. The pharmacy associates are one of the reasons I stay at this pharmacy. They are very friendly and helpful. I wish the Rite Aid app was more reliable so I didn't have to call the pharmacy as often. The store's location is very convenient and there's plenty of parking. My visits usually are fast and I like that too.
