I use this location because it's close but most of the time either the prescription isn't ready or the pharmacist is on break or they are out of the medication. Excuses and poor service is generally the norm here. Complain if you want to but it won't do any good. It's really sad that they take advantage of people and lie right to your face. My doctor says they always have trouble with them when phoning in refills or new scripts. We have even gone as far as talking to the store manager but to no avail. Pharmacy terrible! I was hurt at work, had free prescription for pills, I went in around 3:00pm in tired and in pain, the pharmacist said it would 20-30 min. if I wanted to wait. I asked how late they were open, and said I would come back later. I returned at 6:oo pm . I had to wait in line, my turn came and the clerk? pharmacist? said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes!!!!!
