Terrible terrible customer service. The manager there is atrocious. She literally hung up on me twice all because I asked her if she was sure the store was out of Covid tests. God forbid a loyal customer ask wholeheartedly if she was sure. Especially during these times, this woman could of provided some common decency and empathy. Instead she genuinely was wretched and literally said, “how dare you question me” …? it’s your job to answer questions…..
Literally waited 12 hours for them to close the pharmacy in my face and can’t get my medication that I need daily
