They take way too long filling my proscription and i have been arguing with them for 3days about a prescription. today they said that my rx cant be filled even tho their system sent me an email saying that it could be filled today and a pharmacist said he would have it ready this morning. im tired of dealing with the bs so im looking for a new pharmacy to work with.
I usually love your staff. They are typically very nice to deal with and work hard to get prescriptions out in a timely manner. Today was awful though. I spent almost 1/2 hour standing in line waiting. One cashier when the line was all the way past the vitamin/supplement aisle. The guy working absolutely took his sweet time working as slow as he possibly could. walking slow, talking slow, working the register slow. Slow services always wait over 20 min in line for my medicine
Experience was so bad at this store today with girl working drive thru - horrible customer service. Took me five minutes to move my prescriptions to Safeway.
Very nice people and good service my number 1 rite aid
Very slow pharmacy, rude techs, and at the end they didn't call my name when the script was ready. So I ended up sitting there, waiting for an hour!
This is seriously the worst place to get prescriptions filled. Rude pharmacy assistants when it was their mistake. Shame lost some customers here!
