Stephanie who works here is fantastic! She really understands hair texture as well as the shape of your head in order to give you the best cut. She has been cutting my hair for about 4 years now and I have never had a bad cut. On a regular basis I have people ask me who cuts my hair. That's a big statement.

never again was treated very poorly. Unprofessional staff and management. Damaged a shirt refused initially to accept responsibility. Then manager said he would reimburse the depreciated value of shirt and said a check would be waiting in morning. No check. Never called me. Later said that only one of the 3 stains they put on was left and it was small so did not warrantWhere are u reimbursement. A careless, clueless and rude business! On a recent trip to Syracuse, I left two shirts at The Drycleaners of Manlius. I was told they’d be ready that evening (7/1/11), but I said I’d pick them up Saturday morning. I had a family dinner Saturday night and a reunion on Sunday. Not this Rite Aid I like Rite Aids in general, but this one is not very nice. it seems to be a really old one and feels dingy and old inside. I prefer the newer ones, like the one in Frandor. But i guess this has all what you need from a drugstore, so it works just fine. Its a good place to pick up a last minute card or for a quick candy fix. PROS: What a drugstore has CONS: Old inside

Very good service.. except one thing! I wish to see ordering refills online. That will make life easy for heard-of-hearing people, like me, who cannot use the phone very well. However, the service at the pharmacy is very well. All workers are friendly and helpful.

Rite Aid Factoria This is a bright and airy store. They have a great selection and affordable prices. Look for when they have sales, you can find some great deals. The sales people always greet you and try to accomodate however they can. It is a lovely place to shop. Their selection of flowers for planting are very well priced.

Awsome, Job!! Love this place... Nice Staff and not only that? their KICK!! Very..I mean I was talking to the lady and man!! they do so much work for you!! Not just like other pharamacies that don't care and give you anything? They're nice and super fast with anything!

great pharmacy I usually go to Rite Aid to fill my pharmacy prescriptions. They are fast and efficient and have great pharmacists. The pharmacists take the time to explain everything to you and are very nice people. The techs working in here are always very nice to.
