The Pharmacy was, unprofessional, incorrect and lazy. I recently switched to this Rite Aid from the one on Pearl Street. What a mistake. When I arrived at the window, the gentleman was nice, listened to my request and went to work. He came back to explain to me that My insurance is no longer active, and was inactive as of 2/1. I explained to him that my current insurance did not even start until 2/1, so he must have old number. I love this pharmacy. How ever last time I came in with 4 prescriptions. They called my home Phone said it was ready. I was sitting in pharmacy waiting they never called my name. Still love the people That work There

My son and I love this rite-aid. Whoever working at the register always says welcome to rite aid. Almost everyone in the pharmacy calls us the twins and are awesome. We are moving in a year or so maybe less and sad to have to transfer to a different rite aid. Excellent service!!

Worst pharmacy ever! Constantly forgets to fill all prescriptions. Will not request overrides, have to have prescriptions transferred to be filled! Then called to tell me the prescriptions are to be put back because of not being picked up! When I explain they transferred the script because refused to request override they are unapologetic!
