So I went there after I had 5 teeth removed today to turn in my prescription for antibiotics and pain medicine. The lady at the counter said that can only fill my antibiotics and couldn’t fill my pain medication and told me that my prescription was not valid. So as of right now I’m having my doctor deliver my prescription personally to rite aid pharmacy in Hanford. The drive-thru pharmacy is a disaster! The send/receive area is disgustingly dirty. The service is extremely slow. After my experience this evening, I will never return! Despite the fact that I’ve been a regular customer for over a year, my prescription wasn’t filled because they couldn’t find my phone number! I waited in line for 25 minutes waiting to be helped, then waiting for them to fill a prescription that was dropped off days ago. The employees act clueless and are extremely unprofessional.Â
Best pharmacy in town! Kind, knowledgeable staff who are always very helpful.Â
