I am beside myself with anger that you are closing down. It surely wasn‘t the fault of my local pharmacy in Laguna Woods, CA, that you went bankrupt. It has the most fantastic staff. I blame corporate headquarters, as most often in such cases.
Pharmacy billed wrong insurance and I have made 5 attempts and resolve this issue. Every time I speak to Customer Care they tell me that a District Manager would call me within 3 days. I have not heard anything from anyone. The insurance company has billed me for the overpayment and it’s not my responsibility to bill, it’s the pharmacist.
For the third day I am told the prescription I need is out of stock. What is this????
If I could leave zero stars for our local Rite Aid, oh I absolutely would. I am so sick of the pharmacy. They really just need to shut down entirely because they are going to kill somebody by not actually communicating regarding prescriptions. Firstly, I have several children that have psychotropic medications. When the automatic refill text message sends, I selected to refill. I purched a bottle of areds 2 said 130 count on box but when opened box the bottle said 120 count. Isn't that fraud?
