Pharmacy is a joke!Â
really has gone downhill. very very rude & unprofessional. ALWAYS have an issue when using the drive-thru. changing pharmacies completely after todays visit.Â
This pharmacy has really gone down hill. Their messaging system isnt always working. Today I waited 20 min in drive thru to pick up a prescription and no one would answer the call. I didnt go during the lunch hour either. A simple, hey its going to be a few minutes goes a long way but no acknowledgement. I pushed the button several times.Â
What the hell is wrong with the pharmacy puts me on hold twice for 30 min! Lazy afÂ
I dropped off prescription on Tuesday & they said they would call me when the prescription was ready. I stopped by the store to pick up my prescription & was told it wasn’t ready? So I was told they needed my social security number before they could give my medicine. I was slightly upset. I took my prescription to them because I NEED THAT MEDICINE!” I was then told they didn’t know how long it would take to fill it!
