Worst pharmacy ever the Pharmacist is rude arrogant and has no time for any patient interaction no wonder why Rite Aide is going under. I was when I heard the 3rd Street Bethlehem location was closing due to developers but after the interaction I had with the Head Pharmacist I can wait till they tear it down along with the rest of their stores they don’t deserve any customer allegiance. Bye!
Always busy but very friendly
Will send your RX back if you do not have insurance. I have called several times to ask them not to, but it occasionally happens anyway. I continually have issues with prescriptions not being filled or sent back and sometimes they are very understanding and other times, they seem annoyed with me. In their defense, sometimes it has been because of my doctor, but I feel like I am being blamed for their mistake.
When I first started coming here 3 years ago I had some growing pains with this pharmacy but it wasn’t always their issue sometimes it was the insurance company just being difficult but now things usually go smoothly and I have to say the pharmacists here were excellent to work with and they went above and beyond for me.
