Great customer service, clean, product is stocked, great atmosphere, I came in the early afternoon and one of the associates was trying to listen to a meeting on the phone, while ringing and still displaying great customer service. One associate bagged my items and place them in my cart. I felt like I was a celebrity. Great experience!
Sorry to hear of this location's closing. I've only used the pharmacy for routine vaccines but shopped in store often. I found the store associates to always be helpful and polite. One even checked for an out of stock item at other nearby locations which was very helpful. Since COVID and the Fox Chase train station being pretty empty with people working from home I believe it hurt this location's foot traffic.
The worst pharmacy ever thank God it's closing Oct 8th permanently.
This is the best rite aid. I hope their not listed to close.
This pharmacy never answers their phone. Update, I'm literally standing here waiting and neither of the people working here are answering the phone. I don't even hear one ringing in the pharmacy. This place just keeps getting worse.
