I am so sorry to see the Rite Aid in Town Square is Closing. The Pharmacists and Staff were always pleasant, available and helpful. Always gave impression that they Care. Will miss this store:(
Extremely clean store, the floors shine, and very well lit. The merchandise is organized and arranged for the shopper to find what they need on the shelves. The cashiers are pleasant. My pharmacy experiences have been positive. Vaccination was private and a breeze, no wait. I simply asked do you have time today and when would be a good time to come. Horrible customer service. I called in to refill a prescription, at the time I was told it would be ready in two days. I go to pick up the prescription and the pharmacist very rudely tells me I was given incorrect information and he wouldn't be able to fill my prescription until after the weekend. Nothing was done on their part to remedy the situation what so ever. I will avoid using this pharmacy moving forward.
The pharmacy department is over run with foreigners who speak broken English in a dialect that is difficult to understand. The techs are not able to give accurate answers on medications that are out of stock either.
