Very helpful and caring staff membersÂ
I did have a 5 star review on here from 2 years ago but had to change it. These new people in the pharmacy have the nastiest attitudes and are extremely slow. They told me it would be an hour. I went back an hour and a half later and they told me it would be another half hour. No apology, just a "I don't know what to tell you". They don't say hi, they roll their eyes and are dismissive for no reason at all, just awful attitudes. I'll be going to kroger from now on. It's not worth it.Â
This Rite Aid location has severely gone down hill the last few years. The pharmacists are rude, the workers are rude, they fill prescriptions incorrectly, tell you you haven't paid when you've paid in advance in the app. I keep giving them more chances, but I'm done with them. I would highly recommend using a different pharmacy than Rite Aid.Â
Sent me a text that my medication was ready, when I arrived, they didn't have the medication, has to be ordered. Not friendly workers in the pharmacyÂ
