This is the worst store I've ever visited. The shelves are 75% empty, the lied to me and said the bathrooms were out of order. And I couldn't find what I needed. I came in cash in hand and they lost a sale. Based on my experiience and all the other reviews, Rite Aid needs to send someone from corporate in to review the store, then close it down. Fire everone and start over. I got better service and treatment from a pharmacy in a third world country.
I was waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over an hour. No one picked up. They never pick up the phone despite it almost never being busy there.
Been calling for 2 hours and no one picked up I'm in a lot of pain so don't want to go and be told to wait probably some of the worst business they just watching the phone
They don't answer the phone. I think they purposely put offline. Worst place
