Overcharged by $10 because going out of business was 80% off food and charged for only 70% plus Dvd's were 70% price marked but some mischarged and didn't take price off marked price. I couldn't purchase everything I wanted due to overcharge. Plus too far away would cost more in gas. Only good point was workers very nice especially for being so busy.
WELL GREAT STORE TO GET SOME items at the novi michigan rite aid but found out they are closing no longer be there.but I know that others are around have to drive a little bit to get there but only if I am in the area sad to see novi go been a member since 2021 maybe not sure what year I sign up to have a member rewards card 🤷🏻♀️!
Excellent Service and Care !!! I will miss the store on 13 mile in Novi, it is so close to home and I feel so cared for by all the Employees there !!!
This Rite Aid is right around the corner from our house. The staff is always friendly, and I never have an issue with my prescriptions. After having had repeated issues with CVS, this Rite Aid is a breath of fresh air.
