Went to rite aid with my friends and we all bought a plushie each. They were so cute. We all checked out together at the self-check out counter, except for one friend who couldn’t get a machine to work. You might think it odd that someone would rate a pharmacy. But to be honest, the staff here are stellar. We had some serious problems with our drug benefit/insurance. Back-and-forth with insurance providers, the pharmacy staff was stellar! They really did a good job of sticking to and helping us fix the problem without getting frustrated.
These people would rather kill themselves than answer the phone.
Very, very slow. Don't understand efficiency. Will make a line of people wait an hour because of one customer who doesn't know what they are doing. Incredibly inefficient.
I've had a good experience getting shots here, but having prescriptions filled is a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone in the pharmacy. My wife once called 5 times over 2 days and either couldn't get a hold of anyone or the line was cut off as she waited on hold. It was very frustrating and we ended up going with a difference pharmacy because of that.
