I just bought some items. At the casher black guy with hat is very rude to customers he call showed just like he call a dog with hand gesture sign. Not talk to say thank you at all. He doesn't speak English at all? Or he doesn't know how care customers at all. Next time I will find his name and put that on review. That kind person shouldn't work at casher with people!!

The young Iranian/ Iraq guy cashier was extremely appalling and rude to customers in the early morning shift.

If there is a negative 5 star I would give this place that , the manager and the security guard treat me really bad because of my 3 years old son, and she told me that she doesn’t want to see me anymore , I was rite aid pharmacy customer since 2010 at the area Rainiar Avenue South branch I never have any bad experience over there , but this aurora branch rite aid pharmacy has the bad customer service especially the manager and the security guard .
