We have been regular pharmacy customers at this location for 15 years. We’ve seen many associates come and go, however, this “Jen” woman short dirty blonde hair, thin, and glasses is extremely rude and argumentative. She refused to fix an error made by the pharmacy, this was over the phone. When we arrived at the pharmacy she was still argumentative and when I told her she didn’t need to be rude, she rolled her eyes scoffed and said “I wasn’t rude” rolled her eyes again mocked me under her breath.
