The male pharmacy manager at this 3325 South Bristol Street, Santa Ana, CA 92704 is not telling me the truth. I repeatedly asked him the existence of a prescription that my previous pharmacy should have sent over and he insisted he didn't receive it. By contacting my previous pharmacy, a pharmacist told me that the previous pharmacy in fact did send that prescription over to 3325 S Bristol St. Rite Aid and even provided me with a date and time. Just left this store in disbelief. I came to make a return and the manager said she had to call the other store to see if I could return it because it’s from another store. Then she tried to tell me that people are bringing in the same paper Receipt that I had. This woman could barely speak English and tried to embarrass me. Please higher better people because she was rude and very disrespectful. Also I saw her take a picture of my Receipt and she tried to keep it. This woman is unreal
They are always professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff goes out of their way to answer my questions and rush my refills when necessary.
Was standing in line and waiting like 10 minutes was looking at chips the guy took a little girl order for ice cream then says we are closed there's one line I didn't see you I said ok walk out as I'm leaving he said you want the ice cream how your closed so rude customer service old man with glasses looks like gru
Wednesday, May 8, I came to this pharmacy by mistake for the first time and bought a shampoo and a softener.
